ASU Map: The Memorial Union and the Parking Structure #1 are to the bottom left corner of the map.
Parking Update: Jan. 12, 2005 (Tempe, Ariz.) Due to the replacement of a water line on Apache Blvd, access to Parking Structure 1 from Normal St. will be unavailable beginning 9:00 p.m., Jan. 12 and will not re-open until Jan. 23. PS-1 Decal Holders and visitors will only be able to access the structure from the entrance on Lemon St. (Normal St. will be closed from Apache Blvd to Lemon St.).
My (James's) recommendations are as follows:
Option #1 (better option): for those of you that can get to the US60 freeway, you can avoid the constuction on Apache Blvd and reach ASU via the Mill Avenue exit. If you are coming on Loop 101 or I-10, you can connect to US60. The directions from there are as follows:
US60 >>>> Mill Avenue (head North, go past Southern and Broadway) >>>> Thirteen Street (head east) >>>> Forest Avenue (head north) >>>> Lemon Street (head east), go past College Avenue and then on to Parking Structure #1. At that point you will be on the North side of Parking Structure #1.
Please click here to see a map of the Phoenix area freeway system.
Option #2: for those heading west on Apache Blvd. is to go past Normal St. then past College Avenue (this is one way) and then turn right (North) on Forest Avenue. Then turn right (East) on Lemon Street and then go past College Avenue and then on to Parking Structure #1. At that point you will be on the North side of Parking Structure #1.
The North side of structure #1 has 2 entrances. One leading to the first floor and another leading to the upper floors. Alternatively you can also park in Lot #13. To follow the directions on the map, please click here.
